Fees may vary depends on items (shipping and handling). It is usually more than actual shipping cost. We ship within 24 hours upon clear of payment (usually the next business day). Buyer will receive a shipment notification after order is shipped. Email us if you do not get the shipment notification 2 days after payment is made. Any return / undeliverable address shipment will re-send after communication with buyer. We will notify buyer via email. Buyer is responsible for 2nd attempt of shipping if the mistake was made by buyer. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. For security reason, all international packages are being inspected before leaving United States. Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are not refundable except if the return / exchange is a result of Mallxyz.com. We do not accept returns of any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery, item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you. We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 15 days after delivery. As it sees fit, mallxyz may apply a 5.5% plus a $0.45 USD charge per refund.
Returns
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product. If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 15 days of delivery,* we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees. If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refundminus both original shipping charge and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time. Therefore, we reduce refunds for returns you initiate more than 15 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility within 20 days. You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 7 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 7 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
